winstep.io runs periodic Promotions (tournaments, rounds, and championships). The specific number, type, and face value of the prizes for each Promotion — together with its Approximate Retail Value (ARV), start date, and end date — are determined by the Sponsor and are displayed on that Promotion's Championship page at the time the drawing is opened. Those details are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference for that Promotion. Prizes vary between Promotions and are not fixed.

Prizes may be awarded in the form of Amazon.com Gift Cards ("Amazon GCs"), which may be used only in accordance with Amazon's Gift Card Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon. Amazon is not a sponsor of this Promotion.

To enter or win a prize, you must be a registered user of winstep.io, at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, and have accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Territorial restrictions: The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of Italy, and residents of the U.S. states of New York and Florida, are excluded from prize eligibility in any single Promotion whose total prize-pool ARV exceeds $5,000, unless stated otherwise. It is the user's responsibility to ensure participation is legal in their jurisdiction.
Participation is 100% free. Users earn points during the Promotion Period by:
No Purchase Necessary: Participation is completely free. No purchase, payment, or completion of any paid or third-party task is required to enter, earn points, or win, and no paid action will increase your chances of winning. All prizes can be won using only the free daily activities provided natively on the platform.
At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the leaderboard locks. Winners are determined by their final standings as recorded by the Sponsor's servers.
Tie-breaker: Final standings are ranked first by championship points. If two or more users are tied, the tie is broken in the following order: (1) higher championship points; (2) higher total round points; (3) higher total activity; (4) higher number of correct quiz answers; and finally (5) chronological priority — the user who reached that total first (based on the server timestamp recorded in our database) is ranked higher.
The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible users participating in the specific Promotion Period, the user's skill in completing quizzes, and the frequency of their engagement with the free activities.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash redemption or substitution is allowed, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize with another of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable for any reason (e.g., stock depletion or delivery restrictions).
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and country taxes associated with prize receipt and use. For U.S. residents, if your cumulative winnings across winstep.io promotions reach or exceed $600 USD in a single calendar year, you will be required to submit a valid IRS Form W-9, and the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Non-U.S. residents may be required to complete Form W-8BEN. Failure to provide required tax information within fourteen (14) days of notification will result in prize forfeiture.
The Sponsor maintains a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and unfair play. Any use of bots, automated scripts, multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of system bugs will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all points, and permanent account termination at the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Georgia (the Country of Georgia). Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, and that are not subject to the mandatory individual arbitration provisions in Section 12 of the Terms of Service, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tbilisi City Court in the Republic of Georgia.
